Picture of Patricia Yeager Patricia Yeager is the Principal Investigator for the CR4AT project. Formerly the Executive Director of CFILC and director of The Access Center of San Diego, the ILC for that county, she is the visionary behind CFILC and its projects.

Seeking ways to improve the capacity of ILC staff and board to better serve consumers on the local level while "knitting" them together at the state level has been her role since 1997 when CFILC first received funding for statewide advocacy capacity building activities. Patricia holds an MS degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from West Virginia University. She has conducted research identifying the needs of students with disabilities attending colleges in Colorado. This report was used to secure funding for reasonable accommodations in Higher Education through the Colorado State Legislature for about 10 years
